obviously they have the trailer in way too far. That is some crowd. That has got to be some great entertainment!

i suddenly feel much more confident of my loading/unloading ability

Man! Looks like everyone hangs out at the ramp and just heckles people. LOL!!!!

I was waiting for them to start throwing rocks at the poor guys.

Been in the shore and could watch all day long. I have seen trucks lost and boats backwards....

Seriously?

I love at the 1:15 mark the white ford comes backing in at 20mph bonsai's the water making a huge splash. im sure he had to bend his license plate back out

At least no one offered to help, that many eyes would stress even a veteran loading crew...

That white Ford does haul ass in there!

Those guys need some guides... Or not back the entire truck in the water, that little boat is floating all over the place!

The best one I have ever seen was a private party(individual) that put houseboats on and off for people that didnt have a trailer, I guess he underestimated how much this one house boat weighed because his truck did a wheelie about a 1/4 of the way up the ramp then slide back down. Eventually it took 3 trucks chained together to pull out the one house boat.

My favorite was at the big ramp at Mead..... huge go fast boat was backing in on trailer.....Husband backing in the rig tells wife to apply reverse in the boat....She does, nothing......... He YELLS at her to apply reverse.........nothing....... He gets out of the truck and SWEARS at her...... she selects FULL reverse, truck loses traction and the whole rig goes for a swim........Best part is the open drivers door clip this proud example of manhood on the way down and gashes his skull open like a swat from the heavens....."Thou shalt not sweareth at thine wife whilst she commandeth 900HP" Seems someone forgot to unhook at the front...... We named that boat "Karma".........

If I lived closer to orwood marina I'd eat there often since their patio faces the ramps there is always something to see.

Those guys handled it well. But yeah, guides would have been great or they could have pulled the trailer up a foot or so then they could have just winched, powered or muscled it into place . I think those boats only weigh 1,200 pounds (1,700 with the women on board).

I kind of felt sorry for the guys loading (very slightly), I'm betting that not only were they getting heckled from the crowd but I'd guarantee they were catching hell from the women in the boat.

That would suck to have that many people watching !!! With that many eyes on me I prob fuck something up also !!!

Yeah, Site Six can be a real zoo....... They root for disaster......

You don't think anyone in that crowd had been drinking do you??

;)

Lol. I launched my PWC at that ramp by myself for years. Been there on busier days then that. You learn to launch and retrieve really quickly.

Haha. Imagine the bitching in the truck on the way home was worse.. lol

That must have been a rental. Nobody that owns a boat is that bad.
