kicker sound system wiring diagram? looking to improve. my step by step upgrade

So i would like to help they sound system out. does anyone have a diagram? looks like it has two kicker amps that are pxa200.2 and one that is pxa200.1

any help or ideas would be nice if you guys want to help out. i feel like the boats sound really does suck at the end of the day for what it should be.

thats deffenty a help. Now i just need to see what amps i should go with. it looks like kicker makes some bigger small ones thats in the boat now.

They're grossly underpowered for what they are trying to achieve. The speakers are rated at 75 watts RMS I believe.

yea i seen that as well. it would be nice to be able to just stay with the kickers and just up grade them as in plug inplay. on my old boat i did rockville and had to rewire everything and really dont want to get in to that but at the end of the day they sound was better on my 1990 boat with rockville

nice, i was just on the phone with crutchfield and was telling them what i have and they said its way underpowered. they said i need to go with a JL 8 ch but i need an amp for the sub then. do you know how any info on the amp? also is the speackers 4 ohms?

the sub amp is 200.1 @ 1 ohm i believe. speakers are 4 ohm in my boat. 19 255 ID.

so how do you plan to wire yours up? so end game you will have 12 ch and looks like they are 6 x 70 Watts) at 4 ohms and 1% THD+N so in my boat i have 8 speakers that they will hook right to. whats your plan with the sub?

6 speakers in the boat on 1 st amp, getting 70 watts RMS each. Tower speakers/swim deck in parallel off 4 channels (bridged 220 watts x 2) on 2nd amp and sub will run off final 2 channels bridged (220 x1) Amp does 3x220 @ 4 ohm. - this is my plan anyway.

Not yet, amps, wiring kits, and all sitting in my floor waiting to be put in. Waiting on the tower to come in and be installed. It's been on order for 2 months. Soon as I get it, I will surely post them.

nice. thanks. I think i wil order those two amps and two install kits. i underand how to get power to the amps and ground them but im not 100% sure on hooking the speackers and the sub up...do you have the touch screen>?

I do. I will be running all new wiring to each speaker from the amps.

now thats making more sence. im assuming there is just the rca cables that will come from the head unit over to the amps and you will just split the rca cables to each amp?

whats your thoughts of going to this? I thought of maybe trying to stay witht he kicker. if i did two of these this would take care of overything but the sub and i think this would be plug and play....

Not sure if it'll be exactly plug and play. I'd assume the new amps would draw more current. Not sure of the stock wiring sizes would work for those numbers. Not to mention the connections might be different (harness connections vs terminal connections). I can do some research on it and get back to you. I can say that the rated power at 50x4 watts rms should make the 6.5's sound better, it's about double what they are getting now.
