If you live near the Canadian border or even if you don't there are great deals because of the collapse of the Canadian dollar. The Canadian dollar is hovering around .72cents against the USD. This dealer has two NEW AR240 for just under 64,000 Canadian. That works out to about 44,000USD. (Trailer not included) I'm not sure what they are selling for in the US but I'm thinking that's a good deal.

In the US the MSRP includes a trailer so are they doing something that they shouldn't?

I actually asked the dealer about that. He said in his province (Saskatchewan) they have to sell the boat and trailer separately. Regardless, it's still a good deal. One benefit is you could purchase a better trailer tha the one Yamaha includes.

I have no affiliation with the dealer, I just thought it might be a good deal for someone looking for a new boat.

Looking at my local dealer website the have the 2015 AR240 High Output listed for $53,499 so looks like a savings around $4,000 US dollars if my calculations are correct. Of course you have taxes and insurance on top of the base pricing and I do not know what other fees are included for a purchase in Canada vs US.

After purchasing a hovercraft in Canada and bringing it in the usa. let me tell you about paperwork involved. ALOT

I think I paid the company 350$ to do all the paperwork. Although it could of been done by me. I didn't feel comfortable. Actually the trailer was more of a PIA then the actual hovercraft once inside the usa.
