Finally got to break her in yesterday. A mix of clouds and sun about 85 degree small ripples except for boat wakes. Even had a real smooth launch and docking. I learned I have to winch the boat up a little farther then i thought, Definitely doesn't handle the chop well but it's a learning process and our only real previous experience was 18 season with a PWC.
Ninety minutes at 5-13 MPH was painful. after that WOT, top speed a tiny bit disappointing (45mph), was hoping for at least 47mph. Just two of us, a full tank and average amount of gear.
Discovered the cleanout port well full to the brim with water, guess that was was from coming hard off the throttle and the wake coming up on the transom?
Quite a bit of water came out of the the drain plugs, but don't know what to compare to, think I've read on the forum that that is normal.
Couple of pics.

Water gets on top of clean out ports from the drain under the swim deck. It’s normal to have water on top of them.

Do yourself a favor and put a blow off valve on that bad boy. Your top speed should be higher than that, but it was its first WOT run so I wouldn't worry about it

On the list. Next priority is installing 2 more stock speakers, 2 WS Revo 10's a WS 10" free air sub, 2 amps and a second battery.

Top speed will vary greatly from tide, wind, people on boat, gear, and if supercharged then water temp plays a part also. i have gotten top speed on my boat of 45mph all the way up to 52mph. Give it a good 1/2 doz outings before you get too disappointed.

Just a quick reminder any weight in the bow significantly reduces the top speed on 19’ models. If you have any weight up front move it to back and your top speed will improve.

Awesome!

Glad to see you got out and enjoyed your new boat!
