For the second time this week, the marina put my boat in the high and dry off of the work rack after explicitly telling them to leave it down. The first time they at least put the bimini down but all of the parts inside the boat of course went everywhere. This time they didn’t put the bimini down and crushed it when it made contact with the bay structure. To their credit, they have offered an OEM replacement, but they only have gray covers left in stock. Instead, they are going to have a custom blue one made to match. While that part is OK, my bigger concern is whether or not there’s any hull damage because of the impact. I believe that the aluminum tubing of the bimini is the weak point, and I didn’t see any spider cracks along the hull, but I wanted to get the opinion of the collective to make sure everything seems kosher.

As you stated, it doesn't look like the fiberglass has any spider web cracks, so I would guess you're ok.

That's a real bummer, but sounds like they're making it right. Just look for spidering around the gelcoat once everything is re-installed, you'll probably be fine though - those parts give way easily.
