I get about 11.5-12mpg in the SS (400hp 6.0L)........about 12.5 in her Traverse (325hp V6)......Looking to move into a fullsize pickup in the near future. hoping that stays about the same.
My Tundra gets about 16mpg towing (canadian gallons) mind you I dont have flat roads here, all steep hills and mountains. The mileage is decent if I tow at 55mph and great if the road is flat, but I end up going faster and up hills which is where the Tundra starts to chew fuel. Cam.
Thinking really hard about a raptor but towing and mpg is going to suffer significantly. I don't know what about the raptor that I like. The looks, sure looks cool. I don't off-road, I will lose a lot of mpg towing and not towing. It has more to than my stock tune. My mpt tune has about the same (404 hp) and I was getting 8 mpg towing with the tune. I looked back the raptor thread and other mpg threads. I think @trace was getting 12 mpg stock tune pulling on his f150 with 3.55 gears. At any rate I will need another truck as my depreciation is all gone in September.
So raptor or another f150 with 3.55 gears.? Plus f150 I get 0 percent and I think there is like a grand trade in Assistance.
@djetok I just pulled from Shelbyville, Il to Osage Beach, MO running 5-7 mph above the limit the entire time set on cruise with 6th gear locked out, tranny in tow/haul mode. 11 mpg. And I'm pulling probably right at 6000 lbs.
The new 10 speed tranny and next gen EB should do even better. What's the gear ratio in the Raptor, other than tire height and soft suspension, aren't the raptors running the latest EB gen and the 10 speed tranny?
If I'm careful I can get 12.5 as an average going from Pittsburgh to Daytona. On the return trip its more like 11mpg. You know, 'cause the return trip is all up hill.

Already found one that matched your criteria. And through searching a Platinum or Limited are extremely hard to find without chrome. So a King Ranch will be up your alley for matching what you are wanting.

I just finished a 1200 mile round trip haul of the boat from Oregon to Washington and Idaho and then back home.
When I correct for my larger tires it's actually 7.5 MPG, which is a bit better I guess. This trip might have been enough to push me to upgrade to a Powerstroke or a Duramax.

Ouch. What are you towing with. From the gauges it looks like a 2014 or older f150
I'm guessing that you were not on a lot of flat ground either. When we goto skiatook we have about four 2 percent grades half mile at best per then it's down hill and back up.
