My hat flew off today.... Luckily the river was completely empty and I was able to turn around in time to get it back. It just so happened that we had the GoPro running to capture all of the fun.

I think I have sacrificed my fair share of ball caps to the lake Gods! I was thrilled one year when Toby came to an annual gathering at Texoma...and gave me a yamaha safari hat with a chin strap!

The kids thought it was hilarious! It wouldn't have been an issue if the water wasn't like 45 degrees, I could have easily jumped in and got it. But I was able to position the boat so my oldest daughter could grab it from the water without anyone having to get wet.
