thinking fuel pump. any ideas?

Yeah this weekend is the first time it hasn't started at all. I few other times it hesitated but start on the second try. On Saturday it would only turn but wouldn't get close to starting. Yesterday at least it wanted to start. Will read the above thread. If I can't figure it out will have the dealer look at it. Thanks for the link.

If you do end up taking it to the dealer, please report back as I think a few other folks are having the same issue. I am discouraged to hear that now its not starting at all, as I was hoping to make it through the season before having to take it to the dealer.

Normally when an engine stumbles like that i first think of fuel starvation... but in these motors... i first think of spark plugs.. then everything else. How old are the plugs?

Have had the boat 15 months and 100 hrs now. The 10 hour and 50 hour service(in April) done at the dealer. At 100 hours now. Not sure if or when they changed them. For what they charge I assume they change the plugs. Taking it in Friday. Have 5 years of YES so hopefully it is covered.
