I just bought a dragon fly 7 pro , I have a 2018 sx195 , i'm not a fishermen per say so not concerned with depth finder piece right now i just want for navigation. i have no idea how to wire it for power. Do you have any directions?
Could you please also show the location of the transducer? I am getting ready to install the Dragonfly pro 7 and need some pointers on where to install the transducer. THANKS a lot.
Wiring is simple....use diagram "B" in the photo.....on my set up i had already installed a 12VDC fuse panel....be sure to use a 3 amp fuse......fyi, if you wire it up without using the transducer, be sure to turn off the transducer in the settings.....also in the future when you do install the transducer you will have to unwire what you have already done.
thank you so much for the answer. I have one more question and I was hoping you could help please
Like the in the pic you show above, the black transducer wire you have is going over the jet nozzle; but how do you feed it thru from outside to inside the bilge area? I would really like to know what hole (if existing) did you use or did you drill another hole for that? I opened the bilge area plastic tray and I cannot for the love of god see what hole would be a good one to run it thru. Please help.
