With the continued closure of Lake Berryessa due to clean up we are itching to get on the water. We are looking to try the Sac river and put in at Discovery Park. Are there things to look out for when on the river vs a lake ? More debris, difficulty doing watersports because of the width ? Anyone have recent experience on the river for the lunch situation ?

Thanks
