Hi guys,
I have a Yamaha Jet Boat LX210 2004. The shifter cables are frozen and need to be replaced. Does anyone have experience with this? My mechanic is telling me it costs $1,000 because other parts are breaking. Wouldn't you be able to replace just those cables? I was checking the cost and saw parts for $200-300.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

Yes, you need new cables and a new mechanic if you are not made of money.

Cables only to start, go from there.
