Starboard engine starter motor swept

My Ar230 starboard motor didn't start, i turned the ignition switch to on and i only hear how the starter motor buzz or swept but does not makes the engine turn, i took out the starter motor and is working okay...

Any idea?

Jet pump may have obstruction.
