Hey everyone,
So got a 2008 232 Limited and looking to get ideas around what tools you keep on your boat in case of emergency repairs or something. Is everything standard or metric on this boat? Other misc items as well you might keep. Looking at a Stanley Waterproof toolbox on Amazon for only $25 and wanna fill it with the right stuff!

-Spark plug socket & Wrench
-Standard or Metric Socket set?
-Standard or Metric Wrench set?
-Plug wrench and extra plug
-Utility knife
-ScrewDriver Set
-Jumper Cables
Etc...

Thanks!

Most is metric. My tools are fairly basic. I don't plan on doing much on the water. Screw drivers, pliers, razors, zip ties, duct tape, superglue, and Allen wrenches.

Spark plug socket, socket to remove the retaining bolt for spark plug, crescent wrench, tape, oil filter wrench (just because I like it in the box for changing oil), pliers, knife, (2) screw drivers and vise grips.

I can't find the one that I bought on Lowe's website, but its a 120ish piece kit in a zippered case that fold opens like a book. It has 3/8 and 1/4 metric and SAE sockets, wrenches, driver w/ different bits for allen, torx, etc... I added a pair of plyers, channel locks, vice grips, crescent wrench and maybe a couple other thinks. its compact and has everything I'd need for a repair out on the water.

One (actually 2) other thing you NEED onboard is hose pinch off plyers incase you have to be towed. Similar to these: https://www.harborfreight.com/radiator-hose-pinch-off-pliers-99704.html
