That looks pretty much like my HO Sports Sidewinder 3 we got at Costco for the same price a few years back. Came with rope and pump. Be sure you check to make sure it came with all the fittings. Mine was missing one which sucked because we didn't find out until at the lake.
I bought a similar one last year from Costco, same price. Different colors for sure, not sure if anything else was different, but it did not last long at all. After 3 uses, one of the fill plugs started to separate from the actual chamber and leaked the air out. It got progressively worst to a point where in 10 minutes it would lose enough air where the back support would be almost completely deflated. So back to Costco it went. Maybe I'll give it a try again this year. There is no better alternative for a 3 person tube (for that price). If it fails again, back it goes to Costco.
It's a good price. Problem is that my kids don't like towables that you sit in..they want to lay on their stomaches and hang on for dear life. They call them Cheater Tubes.
