Whenever we go through a wake or heavy chop the joints of the tower creak...I believe. I've checked the base plates and they are fine. I have the 2016 tower with the 3 bolts on either side and the pivot joint. I'm planning on taking them a apart and using white lithium grease for the joints with the metal to metal contact. I have to lower the tower every winter for storage, so I usually give a spay of WD-40 around the joints and put antisieze on the threads of the tower bolts. Any other recommendations or insight would be appreciated.
Thanks

I took apart the tower up to but not including the hull connections. I lubricated all the joints with white lithium grease and utilized large channel locks (with protective teeth) to add just an extra tightness to the removable knobs. So far no creaking even while towing..just an fyi.
