Tube rope extension

Hey guys,

We have a 60' rope for pulling the kids on a tube but as most of you have said the spray is pretty bad at that length. I looked on amazon, overtons, and west marine and didn't see any good 15-20 foot extensions other than a 16ft pontoon extension that is used to get the hook out past the outboard. If anyone knows of a good section of rope I can add to get them deeper it would help. Thank you.

I have used a hefty dock line to extend one before. But, I mostly use ski ropes with the handle removed.

I bought 3 airhead ropes on Amazon that were 50 feet with extensions up to 60. Used the third rope to make the other 2 long enough to get them out of the spray.

I have an air head bungee extension that works nice it reduces the hard shock in the rope also it has 2 loop ends so adding it to an existing rope is easy I will see if I can locate that on the internet. +1 on buying another rope as a spare to use the 10' extension AND also adding the Airhead bungee for 15feet.
the bungee is my favorite piece of rope as i don't have to worry so much about whiplashing anyone off the tube from dead stop.
