Upgraded the Sound System to Skar! What Sub Should I Go With?

I have a 2016 242SE and the Polk audio system was trashed. I've swapped everything out with 4 6.5's and 2 8's, along with a 1000 AB amp. I'd like to add a subwoofer. Has anyone added a sub to their 16 242? If so, where did you install them at, and what did you add? I just picked up an 800.1D amp from Skar, just not sure on which sub(s) to go with. I dont have a 242 I have the old LS2000/AR210 hull... I added a pair of 10" kicker free airs subs on the port and starboard side at the seat pedestals

Looks good! I think we’ll be doing the same thing. How’s that sound with 10s? I don’t necessarily want my boat to fall apart by all the bass, but I do want a nice sound out of them.

im running them off a 2x200w amp and they sound really good

How do you like the skar set up. I just got the 195s and I'm about to put 4 skar 8's and 2 6.5's. 6.5 off the deck and 4 8's off a skar 1000 watt 4 channel.
