So twice in last month I have taken on water in engine compartment. After today's episode, diagnosed its port engine and this was in bottom by bilge. What is it? Guessing I'm headed for service department.

I know your boat is a 2015, but is it possible that's some crap from when it was built still? My bilge still contains junk from the process.

How much water are you taking in by the motors?

I still see metal shavings and stuff from plug sometimes. But it is clearly coming from port motor once going above 3000 rpm

I've seen silicone like this around the cables and hoses under the swim platform (back of the boat). And I know you said you found the leak coming from your port engine? Like from a hose clamp or something?

Mine still has shavings in it by the drawing plug. And we are on our 5th season and about 250 hrs.

I think @ToddW850 is probably right. It looks like something from around one of the steering cables. I just replaced mine and it looks like the sealant, awful similiar.

Anyhow, it is hot water or cold water? If it is cold water than you could start to look for it by filling the bilge with water and looking for a leak. IF nothing check around your scupper and steering cables. These all exit the boat below the water line.
