We just purchased a home on the St. Johns River! In all fairness, we've always liked the water. When we purchased our boat back in November, we realized how much fun boating can be, and life on the water is all we talk about. We found a fantastic deal on this property; its over half an acre and has no HOA! For us, its a dream come true. Best part is, Wekiva (Spring) River lets out about a hundred yards from our dock.

Ive had so many boating questions over the last few months, but I see having many more about boating facilities on personal property coming up in the next few months.

Britboater, thats our friend and real estate agent looking over some of the paperwork. We plan to live there for about 5 years, then remove the house to build our dream home on the lot.
 
When I retire, I plan on getting a house on the water. Have fun.

Congrats! There is not much in life better than walking out to your back yard and jumping in a Yamaha! We made it 7 months with our boat before we sold our house and moved to the lake. Love your property, very pretty setting.
