Selling the factory WetSounds HTX-6 DSP amplifier from my 2021 252SE. This is tuned specifically for Yamaha boats.

In perfect working condition and very good cosmetic condition. I do not have the plugs, but I can help source them relatively easy if needed.

The regular HTX-6 from WetSounds retails for $900. Based on a previous listing here, I am asking $400 + shipping or best offer. Local pick-up is an option, I am in the Tampa Bay area.

Hello- Happy New Year...

I just picked up my 2022 AR250. My understanding is that to upgrade the speakers, I will need a new amp. Do you know if this would be a plug and play conversion from the stock amp? Thanks

I'm still running factory speakers, but I have added in a pair of Phoenix Gold G1200.6 amps. One is driving all six factory speakers, the other is driving to two Kicker KMTC9 tower speakers and and the factory sub. I also have a WetSounds Stealth10 Soundbar. I will upgrade the factory speakers eventually but the Kicker Towers will drown out everything else so not a big deal.

I think we went back and forth about this last year, but I wanted to ask again if you don't mind. Is your soundbar stand alone, or connected to one of your zones? I guess if it's stand alone, you got the Stealth that is amplified?

It’s connected to the inside speaker zone but it’s the amplified non Bluetooth one.

Anyone know a way to remove the Yamaha specific tuning on these. The wiring is easy enough but the conservative pre programmed settings seem to be the challenge.

hmmmm.... i guess sound is better than no sound. im not an audiophile type of guy just as long as i can hear my tunes and enjoy the weather. whether it be speakers from some blue tooth speaker or a decent quality factory speaker.

Picking up my 212SE on Friday! I am interested in adding amp with tower speakers and sub.
My marina said that the 2022 are different from the connex 2020. Now it is a DIY since they said they are not sure.
I have seen alot of info on older boats. Is the 2022 SE different ? Thanks
