    I am interested to know from anyone who bought between the end of the season last year and now, what kind of a deal did you get? What kind of free inclusions and special offers did you get given by the dealer?

    Paying cash gives you most advantage, don't need to to dilly-dally.
    1. Figure out the MSRP for the boat you are looking at - those are listed on the official Yamaha site;
    2. Look around who's advertising, there are many smaller Midwestern dealerships that may have what you want, and they will generally, but not always, have better pricing;
    3. Buying what is already in the dealer lot - that's usually the best bet, as far as price;
    4. If you can get the boat you want for the MSRP or below - OTD (out the door) - that's usually a good deal; it is typically hard to get those for much below MSRP;
    5. Key word in pricing: OTD (everything but local tax and registration)
    6. There is a guy who recently imported a 210 to Australia - you may want to check his posts, he had the boat "packaged" for the container shipment, which involves some fluid gymnastics;
    7. Post pictures of your new boat for us to enjoy; post more pictures when you are boating back in Thailand!

    I "ordered" my 2018 242 E-series at a boat show a little over a month ago. Got $2,000 off base price and Yamaha was offering a 3 year factory warranty so got that. My dealer threw in some extra life jackets, bumpers, tube, pump and I think that's it.

    Picked up a ‘17 242 E-Series for below dealer invoice.. sadly no extras, but getting a few items replaced from sitting all year (anodes, tow points, ratchet straps, complete hull buff out, sea deck) $51,9 . <<--- correction, not including tax & dealer fees.

    Saw only one other 242 at that price (on clearance in Clearwater FL) and asked my local dealer for a price match.

    ^^- made a correction to my (overly eager) previous post .. I did pay tax and dealer fees. The boat however was price matched by my dealer here in Jax at 51.9. -still a sweet deal. RideNow PowerSports.

    Grey .. think this was the only color option for the 2017 E-Series. She is a beast to tow.
    Not crazy about the grey, but he price was right at 51.9. Will get it wrapped in black, and install a black AR wake tower & matching bimini in 2019.

    I think the grey looks good! But black will be really nice.

    I did not realize they had a towerless version until now. I think I would have rather had that and installed a tower instead of the fixed bimini.

    My 2017 left over was $57k (including dealer fees) + 3k in taxes. Included 5 year warranty and mooring cover.

    You got a good deal with the warranty included. We’re close on price.

    I pushed to get a split on the YES warranty, and throw in mooring cover and anchor kit but they wouldn’t budge. Still mulling over YES, there’s a lot not covered like the polk audio system (that is sure to rust out 1st season)

    Picked up a (new) cover online for 589, and #8 danforth anchor kit for 120 (pieced out on amazon) in all it saved 450 over dealer pricing.
