    I am interested to know from anyone who bought between the end of the season last year and now, what kind of a deal did you get? What kind of free inclusions and special offers did you get given by the dealer?

    Paying cash gives you most advantage, don't need to to dilly-dally.
    1. Figure out the MSRP for the boat you are looking at - those are listed on the official Yamaha site;
    2. Look around who's advertising, there are many smaller Midwestern dealerships that may have what you want, and they will generally, but not always, have better pricing;
    3. Buying what is already in the dealer lot - that's usually the best bet, as far as price;
    4. If you can get the boat you want for the MSRP or below - OTD (out the door) - that's usually a good deal; it is typically hard to get those for much below MSRP;
    5. Key word in pricing: OTD (everything but local tax and registration)
    6. There is a guy who recently imported a 210 to Australia - you may want to check his posts, he had the boat "packaged" for the container shipment, which involves some fluid gymnastics;
    7. Post pictures of your new boat for us to enjoy; post more pictures when you are boating back in Thailand!

    I "ordered" my 2018 242 E-series at a boat show a little over a month ago. Got $2,000 off base price and Yamaha was offering a 3 year factory warranty so got that. My dealer threw in some extra life jackets, bumpers, tube, pump and I think that's it.

    Picked up a ‘17 242 E-Series for below dealer invoice.. sadly no extras, but getting a few items replaced from sitting all year (anodes, tow points, ratchet straps, complete hull buff out, sea deck) $51,9 OTD.

    Saw only one other 242 at that price and asked for a price match.
