The weight of my spare tire is actually bending the frame of the trailer. The trailer is from 2020 and has barely been used. Has anyone had the same issue? Photo attached

Kind of hard to tell from the picture but I think mine is the same. The port side seemed bowed out about the same too even with no tire.

I can tell you I have looked in my rearview mirror and while at highway speed I noticed how much the spare tire seems to be "shaking" or vibrating enough that it has caused me concern, maybe this is causing a lot of stress on your frame and bending it? I have a galv trailer but the bracket is plumb where it meets my trailer frame, I agree that yours does not look right.
