Where we'll be going next Saturday there are no wash down hose spigots. Is a 50 mile drive home too long before washing down and flushing all the salt water?

We'll be adjusting where we go for our outing if so.

I wouldn’t be concerned. I used to trailer over an hour away to get to different ramps. These engines are pretty much self draining. You also have an internal anode along with the pump anode. To me, it’s no different than you being anchored at a beach or strapped to the trailer on your way home . Good flush and wash and you will be just fine.
