Looking for a reman 2002 to 2008 Yamaha MR-1 engine 140 HP non HO. for a Yamaha jet boat.

I was hoping someone can give me some leads to this engine. It could be a used engine that is in good condition. I apologize if this is not the appropriate place to post some thing like this I’m new at this kind of issue. Thank you everyone!!

Do you have a picture of your engine and the plaque underneath by the starter?

I believe the 140 HP stamped model is going to be an MR-1 HO.

A Waverunner with the same engine might be the best source for a donor engine. There are rebuilds available from SBT and on eBay but there always is a question of how well they are rebuilt and whether you have a core to trade in.
