Welcome to Odin/Earmark!

Hello, I mean to say Howdy (Hello in Texan),
Yes I sold my interest in Earmark and retired last July 1st, 2013.
Joe in Lewisville and Odin in Plano plus the Earmark on-line store, are the new principles.
I remain good friends with Joe and Odin and wish them the best.
Here is a little bio on Odin..... I'll introduce Joe in the next post.

Odin has been with Earmark since 1992 and has worked in installation, sales, purchasing and management. A musician since 1984, Odin combines his love for music with a technical understanding of audio extending beyond mobile electronics. Odin has performed with local band Southbound since 1999, worked as the in-house sound engineer for hundreds of local and national touring artists at local music venue Hank’s Texas Grill since 2004 and collects and restores vintage amplifiers. With his vast mobile electronics technical experience and pro-sound background, Odin has an incredibly deep understanding of everything audio.
Odin’s other hobbies include cars, guitars, and bass fishing. Having owned several tournament bass boats, Odin really comprehends batteries and all aspects of charging systems.
The support that Odin provides his customers is beyond compare. He can take you to advanced levels or keep it very basic depending on your tolerance for technology. Given his sound engineering experience, Odin is one of the foremost experts on acoustics and system tuning. When installing your system, there is no better resource than Odin.
Odin is an authorized on-line dealer for Wetsounds, JL Audio and much more. He can make you some very good package deals that aren’t advertised on the Earmark Marine on-line store.

Joe (in Earmark Lewisville, also Earmark Marine) has been with Earmark since 1984 and in the home and car audio business since 1975. Prior to Earmark, Joe was with Pacific Stereo here in Texas at a time when Pacific Stereo was a division of CBS (Columbia Broadcasting Systems). During this period, Pacific Stereo was the largest home electronics specialty retailer in the country with over 100 stores. There was no better place to work if you wanted an education in everything audio. The CBS training was second to none. Joe is widely acknowledged as Dallas’ premier European auto specialist in car audio and related electronics. He is a graduate from DeVry Institute of Technology in addition to numerous audio and electronics training certificates. Joe is a ten times member of Million Dollar Sales Club, a member of the Garland ISD District Wide Education Improvement Council since 2012 and a Wildlife manager for 4,000 of the 68,000 acre North Texas Neches Co-op. Other hobbies include hunting, fishing and anything outdoors.
I encourage everyone to visit the on-line Earmark and Earmark Marine installation gallery. There are over 150 boat project presentations for you to view. Everything from the very first wake boats before tower speakers were available, and during an era when one had to adapt outdoor speakers, to the most custom systems.
I also recommend that you visit and like the Earmark Car Audio Facebook. You'll find many technical blogs and points of interest.
So if you are local to Dallas, Texas, stop in and visit Joe at Earmark Marine/Car Audio in Lewisville. They are equally proficient at cars and boats.

I just tried the link, it worked for me.

hi im looking for a package deal on 3 pairs of 6.5 marine speakers and1 10'' subwoofer and an amp im thinking for speakers M650-CCX-SG-TB ,polk mm651um or REVO 6-XSW-SS White XS / Stainless Overlay Grill . matching subwoofer . clarion m505 stereo with mw1 remote control with 25 ft wire amp either jl or wet sounds

Yo @Earmark Marine finally getting around to upgrading my stock '14 Ar240HO speakers to Polk DB651's.

Going from 4 to 8 (2 of which will be on the tower) and adding a sub. . . . . . all of which are the stock speakers out of a '17 242XE.

Can you spec out what I need to make this work and PM me a price for it all shipped to 12701?

Thinking a 4000.4 and 5000.5 Amp should do it
New Speaker wire to all
Power/ground wires from the Battery compartment to AMPS behind the helm
Fuze Blocks for AMPS
Box for Sub since it's not really a free air sub
Hookups to Stereo
Bluetooth Module for Stereo
UV Protectors/Grommets for routing wire from towers
Router rings for install of new speakers that will need holes cut

Etc. . . . . .
