We have the boat out of the water to install marine mats. We got the boat and put it on a wet slip. Is this a normal place for the boat to drain? It’s while washing it down so clearly coming from the deck. I would assume so

also anything else we should drain or check while having it out of the water? Pulled the plugs out of the back, ski locker and bildge is all clear! Thanks!

If it's wet-slipped and this is a rare time for it to be on land I would crawl around underneath and look at everything. Flashlight and cell phone video to record the intake all the way to the reverse bucket. I would even go so far as to drop the scoop grate and ride plate to ensure the bolts come out and then re-install with a little grease. This is also the time grease the steering and gate cables. If the boat can be tipped up bow up I would do it to verify that all water in the bilge has drained out. Also verify the condition of your zinc plate on the port side of the pump nozzle. Good Luck!

To answer your first question, yes that is normal. It’s your deck drain/scupper valve.
