SOLD 2 Brand new in box JL 10" M series Infinite baffle subs

Is the Polk in an enclosure? The JL is an infinate baffle, so it's designed to NOT be in an enclosure but use air space around it (think the 6x9s in the rear decks of older cars, they used the trunk as air space). If the Polk is in an enclosure then I'd think you'd be better off with the Polk...

    Panama City Folks

Thanks! we're loving it here. I've seen that page before @blackhawkpilot but most wouldn't accomodate my boat. Chart plotters are showing 1-3' depth until you get into the channel. @JetBoatPilot, is there another ramp in St Andrews that you are referring to "beach side"?

    Panama City Folks

We moved to the area (actually in Watersound in Walton Co) and will be frequenting the bay and gulf. What are the good ramps for a 27' boat with a 3' draft? We put in at St Andrew's this weekend and it worked well, but was a little tight so on a busy day it'd be very stressful. I'm seeing...

    Ford Parts hookup

Does anyone here have a hookup on parts? My new to me 2015 F150 platinum had the front passenger door panel bit (yes, bit) my my buddies son. It's got teeth marks in it and I cant get them to lay down at all as it seems it's deformed the foam behind it. I've got the Ebony interior package...

    Stall on jump

Maybe the switches in the clean out hatch? They shut down the engines if the hatch is opened, so maybe it wasn't latched or your switches loosened up a bit?

Remote wire for Amp doesn't shut it off with keys...

The remote wire should come off your head unit (blue/white stripe typically) and be on when your radio is on, off when it's off. Where did you get your remote wire from? Does the amp turn on immediately when the batteries turn on?

    Desalting your boat..

Do you have to use a pressure washer with this setup or will a standard hose (with the fitting) work?

Poll based on Winterization thread-when change oil

I do it at the end of the season so I can be sure there was no water intrusion, that could then freeze

    Las Vegas Tips??

Go up in the eiffel tower to watch the fountains, then again from the street. Different experiences with both.

Loudest, clearest, most badass, (economical) marine speakers?

I've had good luck with the Polk DB series, although not quite where the JLs are, but a good choice for the money

    Towing: Diesel vs. Gas

I've got the 3.55 rear end. I set cruise on the interstate about 75-77 empty, more like 70-72 towing. I drive it pretty lightly from an acceleration perpective

    Towing: Diesel vs. Gas

I'm not getting anywhere near these numbers in my diesel. I have a 2014 F250 crew cab, 6.7 Powerstroke. I'll get 17 hwy, 15 city and if I'm towing...anything...boat, trailer, small trailer, whatever I drop to 10-12...

Trouble loading boat level on trailer.

Maybe you're going in too deep and not letting the bunks straighten you out? I run into this occasionally and I jsut back back down so it's floating, then slowly pull back out and she sits right down

    Insurance thread

I just got a BoatUS quote for my Crownline. We're moving to FL so I need to check around anyway, but it was $1,900 per year for $45,000 "agreed value". I currently pay $500 a year for the same coverage thru state farm
  16. brockhals

    Does this price seem right?

    I presume without a trailer but I don't think it's low

Bargains Nolin Lake House for sale

Thanks! Yes, keeping the Crownline. We love it too much to let it go. We're moving outside Panama City Beach so we'll see many of you around Shell Island, the Bay, etc.

Bargains Nolin Lake House for sale

Check it out! Lake house is on the market and needs to be sold! We're moving to FL so the commute back would be a bit tough. I hate to let it go as I love this place, and almost have it to where I want it... http://www.lakehouse.com/page-450909.html
