    Yes the RCA's are meant to be fed into an amplifier. That head unit doesn't even put out enough power to feed the 4 speakers the boat comes with I don't think.

    I did end up going with three after talking to wetsounds, I am also going to probably keep a small generator locked up in my truck somehow to charge when off the water. Bass Pro Shops had a pretty good deal on their deep cycle 27's.. 114$ VS 194$

    I have a feeling that could turn very expensive in a hurry. Definitely worth checking the cost though. If it were more than a couple hundred bucks I would probably remove the phone mount on the dash and install an actual sonar display. It will be leaps and bounds better than just a depth finder...

    Im new here as well looking to purchase a AR early next year, your shot of the connext was the first I've saw. It appears the boat does not have a depth finder, do any of the 19' boats have them or? I swore I read they did somewhere.
