    If the motor is running, so is your supercharger, it's a constant, just like the jet-pump and impeller. The clutch on the shaft of the supercharger is for any excess load. You can't activate it, it is mechanical. The RPM fluctuation that you're referring to is usually due to a dirty injector...

    It is actually 6.1 hours,...in clarity it's 6 total, with .1 over for more power for the break in. The 160HP don't have that feature. Also, during that time the ECU learns every time you use it. So hopefully some one used it too it's limits. It's made to run, not babied!

    I was going to say to check your wear ring. If you have oil leaking or running down the sides of the cylinders, replace the the 0-rings and paper gasket soon before you melt everything else and it costs you more.

    Well, if you don't have anything in the pump, and your impeller isn't damaged in any way, you might just need a pump stuffer kit. That kit reduces cavitation through the pump support and ride plate by filling in all of the open spaces between the two. I would probably add that kit and change...
