    It does include buffing our the scuffs. This second quote does not include an acid wash. When he came to look at it he indicated that it was not at all needed.

    Wow. . . not a single person replied to this thread . . . What did you wind up doing? I love my buddy's Malibu LSV 23. On it all the time. His brothers Air Nautique is way better though.
