    I removed the bench seat in my 192, and an RTIC 65 fits there nicely and acts as a great seat. I bought the RTIC seat pad for it, but it’s a little too thick so we just run without it.

    Stuffed the Bow 3x in a row big time - raised some concerns

    Sounds like you had a lot of water in the boat, one thing to remember is to try and get the bow up as quickly as possible. Try and get as much water off the deck through the scupper as you can.

    Those two adults would make a difference in the bow, it doesn’t take much weight up front to pull the pump out of the water just enough to slow you down.
