    Bad towing experiences

I haven't had any bad experiences. I have helped many people and towed many boats. The experience has always made me feel good that I could help them. I always hope that if something happens to me someone will do the same for me.

    Canadian luxury tax.

We have something similar in Ga as well. The rate changes from county to county but the concept is the same. If the boat (etc.) is worth over xx value it will have a tax. Like property they will use a reduced value typically 40% of the value and apply the millage rate say .0282 (or something...

Anti Fouling Wax Results with wet slipping

I had mine wet slipped for the first three years with no problems. I am in the south so that may make a difference. The wax sounds great. I would clean my hull twice a year to keep her tip top. Once we got the lake house she had her own covered slip and was out of the water.

Covered Boat Storage in the Atlanta Area

As mentioned above we had a dock box. We kept the wake boards in the boat. There was water and electric. I backed ours in so the swim platform was to the inside which kept the ducks off (what a pain)! Many places have detailing and servicing options if you want it.

Covered Boat Storage in the Atlanta Area

Another option is to keep your boat at a marina. I did that for about 4 years. It was covered and easy to get our boat out al year. Yes the water cools down but you can still go out and enjoy the water. Plus you can fish as well. We loved that we could get off of work and take a quick spin...

Looks good! As mentioned above the rust is normal. Even if you are just near the salt water everything rusts! I see you were in the Marines Semper-Fi!

    Atlanta Area Lakes

I had our boat at a marina in Allatoona for about 3 years and then we boat a lake house on Hartwell. Lots of fun on both but we much preferred Hartwell. It wasn't as crowded and better fishing. If you are living in Woodstock you will want Allatoona for the home base because it is so close.

Using the lift stern first, ok?

I had the same lift and just adjusted the bunks to fit my 242. It was easy. You may simply look at the set up now and see how different it is from front to rear and then just reverse them.
