EV discussion - hate or love?

I thought the same, pay to play model. How many actually true barebones models will be made? Are they all made to order? Do you order it off Amazon and pick your options? I really like the modular idea though. As a broke teen you get a basic truck. Grandma can buy you power windows for...

I gotta think they will offer a AWD version, and it sounds like they may even offer it as an upgrade. For boaters it’s not great, for the local contractor this should be perfect.

    Bareboat insurance

Even if you did I’m not sure it would be cheaper. The $5000 U-Haul trailer I’m renting next week is $12 a day for 20k if coverage lol

There is no winning. I've seen for years people bitch about the price of new trucks, and how big they are, and how techy there. I've seen hundreds of people ask for a cheap no thrills basic work truck for cheap. They are delivering that. If the thing is reliable, they will put up Tesla #s quickly.

    Bareboat insurance

They should be providing a bareboat agreement which details all of that information in a contract that you both need to sign. However generally speaking - yes that is correct. It all really depends on the contract but what they are stating is the norm. The problem lies with you can't prove...

    Introducing JB Solutions

We are excited to see the products in your guy's hands! Another forum member sent me this picture yesterday, he utilized our T-harness to integrate depth and temperature into his Simrad.

Can I tow this much weight?

I get it 100%. There is also what seems to be scare tactics used (not saying you but in general in these threads), like if you go over 1lb that your car will fail and you'll cause a multi-car/fatality crash. That simply isn't the case. The OP can the tow boat for years and will never have a...

Can I tow this much weight?

You're over thinking it. The numbers are super conservative. You will have no issues. I've seen a Jeep Gladiator pull out a huge boat out of the water before with ease. I've seen some pretty crazy towing situations in FL, all those cars are somehow doing just fine. Being at the boat ramp a few...

At 100k they should be installing in-home chargers for free IMO. 100A is insane, a lot of home still run 100A panels and most are 200. A lot of home will need a full new line into the house to support that.

90 miles is perfect. Our new home we are outside the city, so need about 60 miles round trip. At 80mph that an advertised 75-80miles.

I HATED the digital dash vents in our M3. Some things should not be digital. Volume knobs and AC vents are at the top of the list.

That is a major turn off for sure. We have had PHEVs for so long now, I just think 2 hours is full charge. The Ram Charger is only 92kwh. I am excited to see real world results on that.

I've seen 20% off again. Mixing that with one of the good finance deals probably doable.

Never thought about this…. I thought 60A was the largest charger they had. Those truck batteries are way more serious than a M3/Y though. 30% on a 60A charger in 24 hours though…. You sure that’s right?

Nothing is selling right now. I’m seeing fire sales everywhere. I’ve seen 100k hummers go on lease for <$700 a month on leasehackr.

Adding to this…. That pump is sold in a bunch of different housings. Buy the cheapest one you can find and just take it out of the housing.

    Yamaha/Wet Sounds DSP Harnesses

Using the OEM amp - you are stuck with the OEM tune. Our harness is plug and play to either replace the factory amplifier or add an amplifier to any of the zones. We are working to get some installed pictures. It simply plugs inline with the factory plug from the boat to the amplifier and...
