    Rotax engine fault codes

    For those of us who aren't sure what that means, is that a serious problem? I get the same three fault codes. A 'service required' message started showing up at the 25-hour mark. All the maintenance checks appear fine. And the boat is running great.

    Totally agree on the lousy design with the eyelet. We ended up making a small knot in the loop of the tow rope. The smaller hole and bulk of the basic knot did the trick.

    Just finished the 10-hour break-in on a Glastron 187GT. Replaces a family Yamaha Exciter. Thanks for the wealth of information here. We boat on Lake Bellaire, not too far from Traverse City, Mich.
