    Fairly common in new boats and good reason for full bilge flush early in boats production life. Particularly bad for boats w/ bilge pumps in actual bilge (unlike Yamahas) as these metal remnants would eat a bilge pump. Nut would concern me if the nylon had threading marks. This one does not...
