So I’ve tested a bunch of stuff but I totally suck at electrical crap, I still have no spark and I’m desperate to get this thing going, it’s a beautiful boat for a 1997, I’m looking at 3 different MPEM for my speedster on eBay but they all about $1200, I’d really like to be more sure before dropping that kind of money
I did the disconnecting rev limit wires from stator but got nothing, if I get 2 beeps when connecting the dess does that mean it’s bad?

What do I do?

2 beeps is good

Put a 12v led in the line going to the coil. Does it blink when you crank? If so it's the external coil (with the big wires going to the spark plugs inside the electrical box)

Did it flood recently? Did you open the black electrical boxes where the coil is? Is the box dry?

I might be a bad stator or pick up

The service manuals can be found online for cheap.

What engine on it? Twin 717s?

Yes it’s the 717s, the boat is in nearly new condition, it ran fine when I stored it last year, I pulled it out this year and no spark, I tested across the stator and got zero ohms, also tested what I believe is the pick up and got .6, I have every service manual on the plant for it, the manuals are pretty good for someone that understands them but also kinda vague….digging around today I just noticed that I think I had the battery tender hooked up backward over the winter so I’m sure I’ve destroyed something

The battery was still fully charged and everything else works fine although I did find a blown 3 amp fuse under the console, all others are fine

So here's what I would try....

Follow the spark plug cable to the black box next to the engine, then find the big coil sending power to the spark plugs. There's a thin small cable going to that coil too. That is a signal line telling the coil when to send the charge.... Hook up a 12v light bulb to it, with ground to the battery negative.

Then crank the engine and watch the bulb. If it does good blink your issue is before this coil. If it blinks your issue is the coil or it's electrical connection to the battery/ground.

Best of luck.

Try this seller. He should have what you need or may be able to bench test your MPEM

Will do, I did hook up my volt meter to that and cranked it, it made the numbers jump around but it might not be enough…so are you saying if it blinks then it’s very likely the control module causing the problem?
