Hey all, I’ve got a 1999 Northriver with a Mercury 175 sport jet. Having an issue where it runs fine, starts right up. But when I go to give it full throttle it dosent wanna go any faster than 20 MPH and somtimes it cuts out. I was told to get up underneath and check the “impeller” or pump and I haven’t sucked up any debris. Don’t kno what it could be. Need all and any suggestions! Also is there an online manual for this motor? Thanks
