Hi guys I bought a 2017 scarab 195 Ho impulse a few months ago and it’s been an awesome boat. But yesterday when I launched it I got a loud beep and an error code of C2102 and the boat was stuck in neutral. The gate wouldn’t move either direction
what I’ve done so far
I tried the override on the gate but it still wouldn’t move
i tried to disconnect the cable and the bucket and cable move freely
i changed the 2 relays in the fuse panel near the battery

nothing seems to fix the issue
I’m going to buy a new battery today because the one in the boat is a few years old but still has a full charge

I’ve seen online people say to change the relay and the fuse but I’m not sure where there is a fuse for it I’ve looked everywhere and can’t find one if anyone could help I’d appreciate it greatly

I'm having a similar problem with mine (2016 Scarab 215 HO impulse), except i'll put mine in the override mode and if i go backwards it seems to work fine, back to neutral it works fine, but then if i go in the forward position, it may or may not (intermittent) work and then shortly thereafter it will throw the code. My battery is new this season, going to try the relays. Nevertheless, when reading the fourms, I thought the fuse you are looking for is under the side seat back by the battery. There is a power unit there. If yours is not making any sounds or movements at all, it would certainly sound like a power issue. Good luck!

Update - swapped out the 4 relays with the new ones offered on Amazon and it looks promising. Oddly enough, running the override with the boat off resulted in the error still being thrown. (with the new 4 relays) - so I started on the process of limping it to the boat launch to take to the dealer. Pleasantly surprising, on my way to the launch i realized it wasn't throwing any errors and it worked fine for 45 minutes, shut the boat off multiple times, went in forward, netrual, reverse multiple times, no issues so far. Guess we'll see what happens this weekend!
