I have a bent frame in the area of the spare tire, nut and washer are starting to pull through the A frame and the boat sits on the wheel well. I took the trailer to the Yamaha dealer and they told me I need to go to shore lander dealer. The shore lander dealer told me I need to go to the Yamaha dealer. anyone have any advice?

Thank you

Do you have pictures? Tight clearance on the wheel wells is common, there are several threads on this. A slight bend in the aluminum beams is normal it goes back when you take the weight off, they are meant to flex.

Yes i have lots of pics. Its only bending below the spare tire on one side and the nut and washer are stating to pull through the a frame. The shore lander local dealer is speaking with shore lander. Hopefully it is resolved quickly. I feel the trailer is unsafe to drive. The wheel wheel situation is also concerning. There is no clearance and the weight of the boat is on the wheel well. If the boat takes impact on a bumpy road my concern is that it will cause stress cracks. Seems like poor design and quality from Yamaha. Very disappointing for a brand new boat. I bet my tailor has a max of 2,000 miles. I will post an update. Thanks for the feedback.
