2020 yamaha vx overheat and check Engine Light on

I took ıt 2 nd day to water drove like 2.7 hours started beeping overheated and went to limp mode Then friend of mine towed me over to the dock took home and flush ıt . It dıdnt beep or anythıng the ı took ıt to dealer they couldnt fınd any thıng fırst day then they dıd baytest and ıt dıd overheat again nothıng sucked to ıntake . Anyone wıth same problem ????

Can you run it on the hose without it overheating? Pull the impeller?

You can run it with hose there is no over heat i did flush nothing happened dealer did the same thing Nothing but when they put it in the water for bay testing overheated again .
this much over heating damages the engine too idk what are they going to come up with ...
