2024 255XD couple of questions

I’m new to the forum. I have been a boat owner for over 8 years (non Yamaha/non jet boat). However I’m thinking about getting a 2024 255XD (going to test drive in next 2 weeks).
Couple of questions for folks that recently purchased:

- what did you pay OTD? I’m trying to get an idea of what the remaining 2024 255xd are going for. I haven’t talked price with the dealer yet so just trying to get more informed.

- did folks negotiate throwing in accessories with the sale? Upgraded batteries, front cushion, upgraded, cover, etc.?). If so do you mind sharing what you were able to negotiate in the sale and what accessories are it must have out the door for the Yamaha boat?

-The dealer mentioned right now there is a one-year warranty on the boat. Is anyone seeing extended warranty? Is that something anyone had luck throwing in?

Any update? I’m seeing new 2024s for right around 100k, some even under 100 by a few k.

If you haven't yet bought one, now is the time for you. There are some great deals on the 2024 255XD now, and Yamaha is offering two years of extended warranty for free. Check this one for example: 2024 Yamaha 255XD | Team Winnebagoland Marine Center

Some are even offering 4yr warranty on engines and other extras.

They seem to all come out very close OTD. Some listed at a lower price add in more dealer fees, delivery etc.

Been more than 10 years since I bought, but from what I read on here, often most OTD are similar (but every now and then some dealer tries to tack on a mess o fees, so comparing is still a good idea) but you can get the dealer to throw in/discount accessories. Frequently they will throw in the USCG pack (anchor, cheapo anchor rode, anchor chain, 4 <ugly> orange life jackets, a couple of dock lines...). Sometimes they will give other stuff in the store at cost. Mine they threw in a second battery (was not stock on mine).

However, if you don't ask for any of that, I guaranty you won't get it (other than maybe the USCG pack--those they seem to offer right up).
