that only took a year + to get it published......I've been waiting for this too and just purchased mine today.Looks like the 2024 AR250 service manual is now available to purchase/download.
They don’t sell to us up in the great white north though and I can’t find anything on the Yamaha Canada website.

you can either purchase a paper copy or pay for up to year's access to the electronic version...no option to purchase and download outright to my knowledge.
the link you posted is for hte owners manual (not the service manual). two different documents.

they do have electrical diagrams in them but can't remember how detailed they are......USB chargers should be easy enough to troubleshoot without the service manual though. easy enough to just replace the USB device and/or follow where the cabling is going and check connections or any damage to the cable.
