240 Merc Jet

I am new to the site and have 2001 240 Merc Jet looking for a trigger and a TPS.
Any suggestions on how to find these?
I have a great mechanic working on it, but he is having trouble finding out why it goes to WOT as soon as it starts even the throttle lever is at idle.
At his first suggestion I replaced the original ECU with a new ACU from Brucato Power but am getting the same result. He has now suggested getting a new trigger and TPS

Welcome to the site. MOST motor parts aren't too hard to find. A lot are common to the outboards. Crowely Marine, Boats.net, Ebay to name a few, but they are expensive. Be real sure the TPS is bad before you purchase, those things are really pricey, over 500 bucks
