94 Sea Ray Sea Ryder need info. with a Sport jet 90

Recently purchased a ''1994'' sea ray ryder. I am having a hard time finding someone to work on it. They all say it is to old. The boat is mint. But will not turn over.
Which can be many things at this point. Does anyone know where I can find a owners manual or a shop manual? So I can service this myself , It would be much apperciated! send me a link
