I have a 99 mercury 40/30 outboard jet and when I start it it will run for about 30-45 seconds then shut off....will start right back up no problem and shut off again. If I give it throttle it will run fine. Could it be an idle adjustment or should I look into something else? .... Ran fine last year but sat all winter. Any help would be greatly appreciated
