I just wanted to give a heads up to all regarding my dealer, Full Performance Marine at Raystown Lake. In a world full of incompetence and poor service, the folks at FPM shine like a diamond. I had an issue this past week which was handled perfectly. It kind of got me thinking. These folks have handled everything perfectly from the sale, paperwork, loan, insurance, warranty work, you name it. Never even a hiccup. So a big shout out to Brenda and Marty for running a tight ship! (Pun intended). Highly recommended and I'll definitely be a repeat customer when the time comes.

Everyone is so eager to tell their horror stories its always a highlight to hear of someone getting good service like that! If lived in that area that write up would make me check them out.

That's awesome. Glad to hear that good customer service still exists out there. Nice of you to share.

Awesome job to this shop! Glad you have a great shop to take care of you @McMark There are two sides to dealers finding one that takes care of you after a sale is huge!

If anyone makes it out to Raystown Lake, make sure to stop in and look around.

The Dealer network is not the best for Yamaha boats. Glad to hear that there is some good ones out there.

When I bought my 190, there price was msrp plus setup/freight. which was like 1500$ more.

That's where I purchased my boat. I've had an issue requiring gel coat work to my boat and took the boat there to be repaired - I live 2.75 hrs away. I called and made an appointment to drop my boat off and leave it there for two weeks to give them time to complete. I called the second week to make sure it would be done, I was told it would be and requested that I be called if there were any problems. I did not hear from them so on the Friday I was to pick it up , I called to see if it was done. Nobody seemed to know the status so I requested that someone go look at the boat to see if it was done , I got a callback and they told me it was. I was 1.5 hrs into the trip and I get another call telling me it was not done. I figured at that point I was just going to go pick it up and bring it back but before I did I wanted to talk to the owners to let them know what was happening and how displeased I was for not getting a call to tell me it wasn't done. They talked me into leaving it another week to get the work done and winterized it for free. In the end they did the right thing but the service and customer satisfaction should have come before the customer dissatisfaction. For what was required to repair my boat, they are at the mercy of whoever they get to do there gel coat work because they don't have someone to do it in house. I'm still waiting to hear back from them about the fender issue after them being replaced once already. I guess I need to call them .

I had some gel work as well. I took the boat straight to the glass guy since he was only an hour away and FPM is 2 1/2hrs from me. I had an issue that Yamaha didn't want to warranty but Brenda at FPM worked on Yamaha and they covered it. Mine took a little longer than the two weeks but part was arguing with Yamaha and then a few days to get the gel coat to the glass guy and then two weeks of work. When you call, ask for Brenda.
