Adding handle near bench on AR190

Has anyone added an additional grab handle near the port side bench seat in their AR190 or 192?
There is just a long stretch between the rear handle and the glove compartment handle on the port seating.

I'm thinking of somewhere just forward of the existing speaker location... Ideas on how easy/difficult to reach for install?

You can definitely access the area behind there from both the rear seat and storage space under the port console. Not a bad idea, I would try and get something that doesn't stick out too far.

I was thinking of ordering a matching handle to the existing handles. Good point about it possibly being in the way.
Maybe i'll look at installing the type of grab handle that is currently on the swim platform so that it doesn't protrude so much.

I think you'd be ok if it was the same as the factory ones. The handle to the rear doesn't stick out past the top cushion.
