I added the Anchorman Add-on which allows for using anchors in posts. For an example see the Index in the Preparing For Bimini Thread

Using anchors you can link to an specific part of a post for example try this link - Flags

To create anchors use this example code

Omg....had to read this post 6 or 7 times before I realized @Bruce hadn't fallen and bumped his head. Thought he was adding anchors to a post in his boato_O
