Mmmmmmm yak!!! Really? Yak? Interesting! I'm going to tell my Chef that yak sliders must be on the menu for the next party.

@Murf'n'surf yeah I have not tried the Yak or any of the snake items such as Python just don't think they would be my cup of tea lol. I have had a lot of other items Alligator, Berkshire Pork, Kangaroo, Ostrich, Wild boar, Bison, Elk, Foie Gras and their Wagyu beef have all been good but some of the stuff they have is a little out there. If you go to eat at a restaurant and see any of this crazy stuff it likely came from here or Snake River Farms.

I hosted a bachelor party over the summer and the best man bought a bunch of sliders from a local store. We had yak, kangaroo, boar, elk, alligator and ostrich. It was I big hit. I wish I would have known about this place then, we could have got more. I will have to use this site for next party.
