Hi,

We have a AR230HO 2006 model since 7 years, it has ~260hours on each engine. I have during the winter changed impellers to 14/20 pich (Solas) on both sides, they looked the same but I got specific information that one was for port side and one was from S.board side. When i change impellers we also change the bearings on both jetunits.

Now to the problem, when we took it out for the first ride the Starboard side only revs about ~9000rpm and Port side revs ~10500rpm. (last autmn both had ~10500rpm, i do not know what impeller pitch it was on the old impellers, but the name of them was Adonis).

I have changed sparkplugs, I have moved sparkplugs and ignition Coils from port to Starbord side. I have plugged in YDS but it does not show any fault codes (there where some old ones (130hours) regarding no wake mode). The problem is only and always on the starboard engine.

If we stand still in the water and give it full throttle the impeller cavitates and port engine cavitates at 10500rpm and starboard side cavitatates at 9000rmp. when we have full throttle speed it does about 46mph (gps) and port has 10500rpm and starboard 9000rpm.

Any idea what the next step in faultsearch would be?
